The room was lovely and clean. I found the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was available in the main hall, a nice bonus. The location was surprisingly quiet, even though it is fairly central.
I found a slight issue with the Wi-Fi connectivity, it was a bit spotty at times.

The reception staff handled my check in efficiently, I appreciated the speed. Staff members were helpful when I asked for directions, a useful service. the team seemed capable.

Breakfast is available in a separate hall, just across from the main building. That was a nice touch. The hotel features a quiet courtyard, I saw many guests relaxing there. Access to public transport is quite convenient.

the room included complimentary toiletries, a nice touch. breakfast was served in a very large dining hall, it had a unique atmosphere. the hotel was conveniently close to a tube station, i found transport easy.
the room i booked was smaller then i expected, this surprised me. the walls seemed thin and i could hear noise from other rooms. the television was difficult to operate and i had to ask for help.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a lovely suite. The suite was very spacious with a separate living area. The bed felt comfortable. I especially liked that there was a good selection of Molton Brown toiletries.
I noticed some slight stains on the carpet. it did not detract from the overall cleanliness.

The location is amazing. The british museum and the british library are very close to the hotel. Kings cross station is a short 15-minute walk from the hotel, VERY convenient for traveling in and out of the city.

The concierge kindly arranged an upgrade upon arrival. The staff was helpful, friendly, and polite. I received excellent service from all staff members. The reception staff were attentive and amigable.
