friendly staffbroken bathroom doormissing tea tray
the staff were friendly it was acceptable
the towels had some holes in them the bathroom door had been broken previously and it was not fixed there was no tea tray in the room which i would have expected

the staff was helpful, offering good advice. the hotel provided a convenient location near local beaches, accessible by bus. bus tickets were inexpensive and easy to use, a plus. clean rooms were also provided daily.
The walls are very thin and i could hear noise from other rooms, this made sleeping difficult. It was not ideal.

The hotel is near the city center and offers good transport links. A supermarket and dining options are within walking distance. it is a great advantage. the sea is only five minutes away.

i found the breakfast buffet tasty, it had a varied selection of food, the breakfast was really good value. a cafe is located nearby, this gave further options. there was a 24-hour cocktail bar available.

The staff were very friendly and provided information. the reception staff were efficient. They also assisted with directions and tips on local attractions. front desk employees were helpful too.
