Concierge service was great, with really good recommendations and bookings.
Outlets didn't work in the room during night. I had to charge my phone in the hallway, not a good start to the day as nothing worked in the room like the coffee maker.

faulty water heaterfalse alarm
I encountered a couple of issues that were quite frustrating. The first morning, the water heater wasn't working, so showering was impossible (a real pain!). Then, the fire alarm went off at 2 a.m., and we all had to evacuate. It turned out to be a false alarm, and the hotel staff barely apologized (how annoying!).
