good car parkglass wallpoor ventilation
the car park facilities were good.
the shower had a strange partial glass wall, so the floors got soaked. there was no ventilation, and everything was wet after four people showered. it felt a bit tight for a family.

i felt immediately at home due to the friendly staff. Upon arrival, i received an upgrade from a beautiful room to a prestige room. the room included a bathtub, just as i requested. i found the breakfast delicious..
the location is not very near a metro station, but the walk was still quite safe and rather pleasant.

friendly staffmalfunctioning air conditioning
the staff was friendly.
The air conditioning barely functioned. the room was uncomfortably warm despite my adjusting the thermostat. i expect a functional climate control system. It is a basic requirement.

a few things fell short of expectations
slow bar servicebilling errors
the service in the bar was slow. i saw them overcharge other customers, so i checked my bill. i discovered i had also been overcharged. the staff did not seem to care much, it was disappointing.
