small gym malfunctioning key
The gym was quite a letdown. It seemed small and not very well-equipped. I saw only a few machines. The room key also stopped working several times. I had to go back to the front desk to get it fixed again, annoying.

Decent location, issues with billing practices
billing discrepancy poor communication
Breakfast included many options and tasted good.
The hotel charged a higher rate than advertised on their website. I spoke with the front desk daily, but nothing was resolved until the evening before check-out when I was told nothing could be done. This is an unacceptable business practice.

amazing view ocean view spacious room lovely amenity crowded pool area insufficient sunbed billing discrepancy
the location offered amazing views of the ocean i found the room to be spacious it had lovely amenities breakfast was a pleasant experience a wide variety of options were available
i noticed that the pool area was often crowded it had an insufficient number of sunbeds the room i initially received had some wear and tear there were also some billing discrepancies with the final charges i was not informed about

amazing experience!
daily omelets fresh towels turndown service
I stayed for several days and everything was top notch! i so loved the breakfast spread, a real feast. the staff remembered my name and my gluten and dairy sensitivities. They prepared special omelets daily. housekeeping was on point, with fresh towels always appearing and chocolates at turndown.
The gym seemed underequipped. I noticed it lacked some essential machines.

my room included electronic drapes and a large balcony. the bathroom had a walk-in shower and a separate tub. a private area for the bidet and toilet, very modern and functional.

the hotel featured granite and marble throughout, repurposed from the original building. the pool had a fine design and there was also a spa, which i found very luminous. the grounds were beautifully maintained too.

the breakfast was really good. the staff accommodated my gluten and dairy sensitivities. they remembered my preferences every day, it was very excellent and thoughtful, made dining a delight.

the staff was warm, cute, and accommodating upon arrival. they helped with my luggage and even checked me in early. the hotel manager gave me a tour, it was very informative and personalized.

perfect retreat
easy access sea view fresh items
i enjoyed the location. it provided easy access to the marina and the town. my room had a sea view terrace and the room was spacious. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh items!).
