The staff were lovely. i appreciated that i was upgraded to a ground floor room. It was larger than the budget room i booked.

the room had stained carpets. there were also stains on the curtains. i noticed a thick layer of dust on the furniture.

The staff was SUPER helpful! I lost my wallet and received intricate guidance. Our room faced the street and included a balcony. Bed was comfy, and I had a pillow selection. The location is convenient near restaurants and shops.

The bathroom had some broken tiles. It looked like repair work had started. Air conditioning shut off at night causing unbearable temperatures. I couldn't sleep well.
