The breakfast location was AMAZING!!! The staff was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. It was delicious. The rooftop views were also superb!!!

It took a long time to get to my desired level. Waiting became quite inconvenient.

the rooftop pool provided an amazing view. it must be the most beautiful pool. the staff was professional and well-organized, this made everything run smoothly. the location was nice too.

the room had a strong moldy smell. the bathroom was not cleaned well at all! the shower had mold. the toilet was very dirty.

I found the breakfast to be great. There was an awesome indoor pool area. I also had a nice view from the top floor. I was upgraded to a king bed size. The room was 30m2, so worth it.

and busy. The Grand by Interni restaurant on the 9th floor is designed beautifully and has lovely food. The wait time to be served menus and drinks was unusually slow even at quieter times.
