the activities were diverse, providing constant engagement. the animation team really stood out.
The hotel displayed a noticeable decline. Upon my arrival at 10:30 am, i didn't get my room until 2:30 pm. i also noticed water leakage from the bathroom ceiling, which i reported.

I stayed for several nights in a twin room. the room included daily refills of bottled water and fresh towels were always provided. the grounds were beautiful. I liked the well kept beach area (it was very clean).
i found the main restaurant repetitive in its food offerings. tables were often left uncleared for extended periods. during my stay, drinks were served in paper cups, which i thought was not ideal.

the rooms were beautifully done. housekeeping was prompt, and the room was always super clean. my daughter and i especially appreciated the towel art animals on the bed each day. (i will miss those!). the grounds are gorgeous and the beach is beautiful. i loved all the beauty of the blue sky and various shades of blue water from the clear red sea.
we booked this hotel mainly for the kids club and kids pool. the kids club is outdated and had dead vibes. the kids pool looked great but was freezing (maybe great for the summer, but not in december). the main restaurant was ok but some nights were better than others.
