great location lovely view bathroom window
The location is fantastic. It is easy to walk around the town center. the room included a view out to the town. the bathroom had a window into the room.
I wanted to have a drink at the bar. i was refused since i had no reservation.

comfortable bed friendly staff luggage service laundry form
i reminded me of the location is faultless. its close to most sights. the room are lovely and clean so i felt safe. the bed was comfortable, it made a big difference after a long day. the staff was friendly.
the hotel didn't gave me what i expected from a 5 stars hotel. i think the luggage service was a joke. i asked for a form for the laundry, and it was a comedy of errors. i waited two hours. then i refused to put the laundry in because they might lose it.

efficient receptionist wonderful breakfast accessible parking lovely location
the receptionist was lovely and very efficient. the breakfast service was wonderful with attentive servers. parking was easy and conveniently accessible. i found the location good, especially with the main shopping area nearby.
i had a very slight issue. i found that the bar closed quite early each day, even on weekends. this limited our ability to enjoy a late-night drink after returning from the city.

our beautiful king room included comfortable bedding and lovely décor. the bathroom featured quality toiletries and fluffy towels. the room had a minibar stocked with refreshments and snacks. we enjoyed the spacious layout and relaxing atmosphere.

excellent location easy walk great breakfast small room limited space restricted room service
The location was excellent. It was very easy to explore the city by foot. The main shopping area was just around the corner. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
The room was a bit small. It barely fit two suitcases, surprising for a 5-star hotel. I also noted that there was no room service available outside of lunch and dinner hours. This felt quite limited for such a large hotel.
