the location suited my needs just fine
The air conditioner control refused to turn off. the shower was lukewarm. I nearly froze solid while washing.

The bedroom felt very comfortable. Without question, it had the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on at any hotel. The quality of the mattress was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and well-balanced choice. The team was attentive and genuinely helpful. It made for a very relaxed start to each day.
The reception staff felt unfriendly. When I questioned my bill, one was rude. I checked out and saw a payment pending. I called to ask for this charge to be removed. The receptionist repeatedly told me to phone my bank.

smooth arrival comfy bed
Victor at reception was so cute. he helped me with local directions and made sure my arrival was smooth. the room was clean. The bed was comfy. the nespresso machine made getting my day started easy.

the room decor created a stylish environment. the comfortable bed and pillows supported good sleep. the bar provided a good selection , and breakfast offered sufficient quality.

central location good room lighting electric heaters ac unit
The breakfast had a really central location. It was less than a 5 min walk from the tube station. the station served the Elizabeth line. The room also had good lighting, sockets and a bathroom. The decor was interesting too.
The rooms all had electric heaters. I went to one that was boiling hot, so I had to move to another which was almost as hot. The AC unit did not work, and I did not want to open the window due to the noise.
