Victor at reception was so cute. he helped me with local directions and made sure my arrival was smooth. the room was clean. The bed was comfy. the nespresso machine made getting my day started easy.

The breakfast had a really central location. It was less than a 5 min walk from the tube station. the station served the Elizabeth line. The room also had good lighting, sockets and a bathroom. The decor was interesting too.
The rooms all had electric heaters. I went to one that was boiling hot, so I had to move to another which was almost as hot. The AC unit did not work, and I did not want to open the window due to the noise.
