The staff was helpful, assisting with all my needs. the room, a beautiful king suite living room balcony, was spacious and well-kept. i appreciated the free shuttle to robinson mall. It made getting around simple.

the location was great. many bars and restaurants were nearby. the sky train was a short walk away. the suite was spacious and included a washing machine.
the room was not well planned. the furniture was too small for the room size. neither the bed nor the pillows were comfy. the room lighting was poor and on and off switches were badly located.
