pleasant stay!

i found it a nice hotel. the staff are friendly. eye at the front desk was very helpful. breakfast had good options, i ate before starting my day.
the hotel need some maintenance. my room had scuffed walls. i saw signs of wear in the bathroom. the air conditioning was not so efficient.

I found the rooms very clean! i had easy access to public transport. It took me all over the city. the staff was wonderful. Wilson helped me lots with the free tote bag painting. the hotel provided complimentary popcorn and drinks. I found this a nice touch.
the room didn't feel spacious.

the hotel is in the quieter part of a vibrant street. the bts station is just a few meters away, and the hotel even provides a golf cart that quickly takes you closer. the terminal 21 mall is only a walk away.

the hotel was in a quiet lane off sukumvit it was very peaceful. the staff, especially rana at reception, were helpful i also appreciated the hotel shuttle. the room smelled nice and was neat.
Housekeeping wasn't generous with supplies. I often had to request more toilet paper i bought gifts and snacks, and housekeeping accidentally threw the bag away. it was disappointing.

the room included a television, a comfortable bed and a safe it also featured air conditioning that worked well the room also contained a refrigerator for storing drinks and snacks.

the front desk staff provided a shuttle service to the bts nana station this service made transportation more convenient the reception staff was kind and always ready to help guests with directions and information.

breakfast included eggs and milk soy it was included with the room rate there was also a selection of yogurt, juice and fruit available the breakfast offerings provided a decent start to the day.
