the breakfast buffet offered varied options. the arcade games provided entertainment for children. the hotel provided free parking. i found these touches very convenient . the customer service from the reservations team was excellent. they were understanding and professional. i highly recommend them.
the spa was okay, but it wasn't too inviting, so i didn't feel like visiting regularly.

the breakfast included many things to choose from and was very generous. the breakfast was a good start to the day, so i always felt prepared for my activities. i had a good experience.

the room was spacious. it was well designed and very comfortable. it also had a great view!!! the apartment size was perfect. it felt cozy, warm, clean and included a terrace with a beautiful view.

the rooms were spacious and very clean. the staff was polite and helpful. breakfast was good with a nice variety of food!!! the pool was large and enjoyable. i found the children's and games rooms perfect for keeping the kids entertained.
i think the furniture in the rooms could use an update. i noticed a slight sewage smell in the room.
