decent location, but room condition was poor

the location is quite good, very well connected to transport links.
Our room was not up to standard. the carpets were a little tired and worn, the decor was worn too. i noticed marks on the walls. The toilet also had limescale.

i found the location excellent.. it allowed easy exploration because two tube stops are nearby. the staff offered helpful and friendly service. the room felt spacious, clean, and quiet. i appreciated being able to leave my bags after checking out.
the sofas in the foyer seemed worn because they had feathers coming out, indicating a need for refreshing.

the reception staff were helpful and professional at all times. staff readily assisted with directions and information. i received prompt attention for all requests. every interaction was handled with courtesy and efficiency.

spacious roomgreat kitchenettepolite staff
the room was spacious. i found a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, and microwave. the staff was polite. it was a great location near the underground.
the bath was deep, making showering slightly difficult.
