The receptionist were friendly and helpful. This was appreciated.
The room was small and lacked a bedside table. The laminate floor felt sticky. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly. it was hard to turn on the shower, I needed help from the staff

The staff was always available and ready to help. I really appreciated it. The shared kitchen included a microwave and plenty of dishes. My room featured comfortable beds and very clean linens. The overall environment of the hotel felt safe, so I was calm.
The furniture looked a bit tired. It could use some updating.

The location was excellent. I liked how quiet it was and how connected I felt with nature.
The room looked like the last one available. It was a bunk room with six beds for just two of us. The room was quite dated and very basic. It even lacked a hook on the bathroom door. I also saw some scribbles on the wall. I didnt enjoy it.

I found free parking available. It was nice to leave my car and take the train to London. The hostel felt secluded, though shops are nearby. The train line is also a short walk away.
