Wonderful Family Holiday
special sea views modern room quality food
The tennis lesson was great for our four kids. The instructor made it both sporty and fun. All restaurants offered good quality food. Our rooms were clean and modern, with special sea views, all with effective air conditioning. We enjoyed the private beach with palm trees, fine sand, and clear water.

The staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake on his birthday. The hotel managers were beyond helpful and fulfilled all our requests and needs. Service throughout our stay was warm and professional. Everything was handled well.

buffet food good breakfast efficient service sewage smell wasp issue unhelpful staff
The buffet food was quite good. Breakfast offered many choices. The hotel structure is nice, too. The service was efficient despite many guests.
The room smelled of sewage. The toilet flush did not work. There were a lot of wasps at the restaurants. Children got stung and staff were unhelpful.

really good food friendly staff lounger abundance
the a la carte restaurants had really good food! every staff member was friendly and helpful! the abundance of loungers by the bay ensured total relaxation.
i noticed that the gym equipment needs some updating. a few machines require replacement to meet fitness expectations.
