friendly staffinflatable slidemissing atmosphere
The entertainment team was great and very friendly to my children. paul always made sure the kids were involved. the pools were a hit. We loved the inflatable slide.
the restaurant and bar areas lacked some atmosphere. new lighting and furniture would improve it. this was a minor issue.

the pools are graded by age making it suitable for families. the restaurant includes a wide food selection for both breakfast and dinner! the hotel is located at the end of the pine walk. a premium suite provided a balcony and a garden. taxis are available for approximately 8 euros.

The food was good and presented a good range. Staff were friendly, however I did noticed some difficulty to get a sunbed. The pools was a great place for family fun.
The gym equipment are a little dated and in need of upgrade. Some plates was not properly cleaned. This is really not acceptable in a hotel, and the hotel really needs to pay atention.

I appreciated the staff. They were very friendly. The spa massage was a wonderful experience. I really liked the excellent food selection, with so much variety to choose from. The massive rooms included a kettle, fridge, tea, and coffee.

The hotel is near the beach. A walk to the pine walk takes only about three minutes. It's a flat, gorgeous walk past lovely restaurants and little shops into the main part of town, taking approximately 20-25 minutes.

The food had excellent quality and variety. Themed nights provided a great touch. The chef even cooked a steak to order on barbecue night. This was fantastic. The open plan nature of the restaurant enhanced the dining experience.

the staff were very friendly. they greeted the children often (i found that lovely). the food offered a great variety. there were always options to choose from and themed nights.
the hotel location requires a 25-minute walk to the main town (it felt a little far). there seemed to be less daytime entertainment compared to previous years. i think there could be more interaction with guests during the day.
