the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). we had water, coffee, and tea in the room. the hotel arranged competitively priced tours through their tour operator tie-in.
the soundproofing wasn't great, so i could hear music from a nearby restaurant until late.

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
The hairdryer in the bathroom was damaged and the wires were broken. It did not work. Soundproofing was a major issue. I could hear loud music from a nearby restaurant from 10pm to 2am, and the windows did not block the sound. Someone slammed doors at night and in the early morning. This disturbed my sleep, and the experience was ruined. i couldn't wait to leave.

The standard suite was amazing!!! i loved the jacuzzi style bath. It felt so luxurious. the room was cleaned every day which i really appreciated. the staff were friendly and very helpful, i needed assistance with directions and they were right there!
the english breakfast option was slightly limited for my taste.
