the kitchen had all the utilities i needed. tea and coffee were provided, acceptable.
I had a very frustrating experience, my 'beautiful apartment' room was VERY tiny. This was a problem because it was booked for 4 adults. One bedroom had a supporting post right at the end of the bed so you had to move a chair to get in the bathroom. there was a lot of noise through the night with people shouting and running up and down the stairs.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate everything. The suite had an easy check-in process with a security pass code sent to me, so I could enter easily. The apartment is fully equipped with everything a family needs during their travel.
I found the walls to be a bit thin.

The apartment was excellent, clean and tidy with everything needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable too. I want to highlight mattress and pillows. The bathroom had a big shower.

the apartment included air conditioning and a washing machine, i appreciated that. the receptionist was helpful and always ready to answer questions, i really liked her.
The stairs were marble and curved. It wasn't easy to climb with luggage.
