UNDERWHELMED experience

the private beach felt peacefully amazing.
i found that our experience fell short of expectations even i traveled 12 hours from long island. i was checked in to the resort and i was starving. the hotel roaming cats, rubbed its body on my wife's leg and lacerations her.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices, and the staff members were friendly enough.
i encountered a few issues . firstly, the air conditioning in my room was not working properly, so sleeping was difficult. secondly, the promised reimbursement was a joke (a laughable $75 credit). i expected better from this place.

Very nice Beachfront Villa Experience

This resort features an immaculately kept hotel. The landscape design is among the best I have ever seen at a resort and the villa was well-equipped. Customer service provided was excellent, and at times, staff was overzealous in trying to accommodate our needs.
Our restaurant experience fell short of expectations. The selection of food options weren't good aside from breakfast and there were basically two restaurants. The Asian restaurant was overpriced and the food didn't meet expectations.

Our beachfront villa featured spacious accommodations with excellent views. A well-appointed kitchen included a fridge stocked with soft drinks, wine, and beer for all inclusive guests. We enjoyed full air conditioning, toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer.

The resort provides beach access with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Several swimming pools are available and it ensures options for relaxation and recreation. Friendly staff members are on hand to assist with every request.

i really enjoyed the pickle ball courts and the beach. the gym was also very good it had a lot of equipment. the staff provided excellent service at the spa. i thought the entertainment was very nice .
the location is far from the airport a long drive is needed. next time i might consider a water taxi. the trip took around 90 minutes to 2 hours.
