Wonderful stay
friendly staff helpful staff excellent breakfast pleasant location
I found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel looked after some of our luggage while we went to Tobago for a week. The breakfast options were excellent. The location is pleasant since it is on the waterfront.
I was bitten by bugs in my room. It is not okay because it was so much.

The hotel has a modern gym. It is equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area includes many loungers. A shaded section offers sun protection.

Our double room offered two double beds. The room was quiet. The room was also conducive to rest. It was cozy. I loved it!

Fantastic Amenities and Great Staff!!!
attentive staff coffee bar quiet room
The breakfast in the restaurant was AWESOME and the staff was attentive!!! I loved the convenience of the Cinnamon coffee bar outlet. The room was cozy and quiet, conducive to rest.
I had to change rooms initially because the assigned room had a musty and smoky smell. The smell affected my allergies.

The breakfast buffet features a great variety of local options, super nice. I really liked that the Waterfront Restaurant provides excellent service, and I enjoyed the fresh, high-quality food there, it was AMAZING!!!

dirty windows difficult phone
the gym had good equipment the staff were knowledgeable in their jobs
i was frustrated that my room on the seventh floor had dirty windows i could hear people on boats and yelling i also struggled to get the front desk to answer the phone it made things difficult
