the owner chris provided a warm welcome and detailed information about the hotel and area. the room was very clean and spacious. i found the location convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby areas. breakfast was plentiful and the staff were friendly and helpful each morning
the tv reception in my room was not great

the hotel is located in a quiet residential area near the beach the hotel is close to westbourne and canford cliffs. a bus stop is located directly opposite the hotel offering convenient transport options around the area

the beautiful king room featured a very comfy bed i found the room to be really clean and beautifully furnished the spacious room also included tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits

a continental breakfast was available each morning with a nice selection of fresh fruit the breakfast buffet included a good variety of packaged goods such as pastries cereals and yogurts i was happy with choices.

limited spacedim lighting
the breakfast was a continental affair. i expected a bit more, especially some hot options. also, the room felt a little cramped. there was limited space to move around freely. the lighting could also have been better as it was somewhat dim.

the location was great. it was just a short walk to the beach! the breakfast offered a good variety of options. it included fresh fruit.
The check-in felt awkward. The staff seemed preoccupied. the room i got had a musty smell, it was not properly aired.

The location provided easy access to the beach. The proximity was a definite advantage .
My room require some attention to detail. Cobwebs were in corners. I found dust accumulated on surfaces. Breakfast presented a limited selection of packaged goods.

The room featured nice touches, for example chocolates plus water bottles. Large bath towels were also provided. The room was quiet. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach.
