broken shower door dated decor
The host provided an acceptable breakfast.
The shower door was broken. Cobwebs hung from the ceiling, and the decor seemed very dated and dingy. The room felt thoroughly depressing. I wish they paid closer attention to the upkeep.

charming and good stay
excellent breakfast friendly host welcomed breakfast time
the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it included fruit and cereal as starters. a full english breakfast of excellent quality followed, cooked to order. the host gave us a choice of breakfast time, a very welcome touch.

I was welcomed immediately! the host was helpful and friendly. breakfast was great, it included fruit and cereal. a full english breakfast followed. The quality was excellent.
it was very slight, but the shower door was a little broken.

My room included comfortable beds. the shower had plenty of hot water. I found this very nice, though the water pressure could have been higher. there was also a quaint external stone staircase.

The BREAKFAST was delicious. I appreciate the big shower and the lovely bathroom. The room was clean. Millie is friendly and a hostess who is great.
The room could use a refresh, the decor is a bit dated.

Millie was very friendly and helped with any questions i had. She gave a choice of breakfast time. She always provided lots of tea and coffee.

Great Breakfast and Helpful Service
friendly host smoked salmon wine glasses fresh breakfast
The host was very friendly and helpful. I received smoked salmon for my breakfast. They cooled our wine and also provided glasses with nibbles for us. The freshly cooked breakfast was superb.
The only very minor issue I noticed was that the decor felt a little dated.

The cottage is very quaint and set in a beautiful environment. A large village green exists near this location. A great historic pub is also available .

The room was on the first floor, very private, and accessible by a stone staircase. The shower worked very well and had plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping.
