The staff were helpful and friendly. the location is great, everything is within walking distance. the room is comfy and well-equipped. i liked the interior of the hotel. It has great taste.
the lamp on the desk in my room wasnt working. i asked for it to be fixed, but it was not fixed when i returned. the room felt quite dark without it.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast was nice. i noted the lady managing the breakfast area ensured everything was in order. the room featured a 60-70's modern design that i found appealing.
the lamp on the desk was not working. i asked for it to be fixed, but it remained unfixed when i returned. the room felt quite dark without it. i was also surprised that tea and coffee in the room were not complimentary. this is a first for me.

The desk lamp didn't work, even after i asked for it to be fixed. it. also, i was surprised that coffee and tea in the room cost extra. That's not something i've seen before at a hotel.
