inconvenient fridge absencesubpar housekeeping
I found significant issues. the lack of a fridge in the room was REALLY inconvenient. i also found that the housekeeping was subpar. An empty coffee cup sat outside my door for two days despite staff passing by repeatedly. this is unacceptable!!!

stellar stay!
electric blindscity viewslong way
I loved the electric blinds. They really blocked out the light. the rooftop bar offered awesome city views when it finally opened. i really liked that the staff were happy and ready to help with anything i needed.
the parking garage was quite a walk from the hotel, and there was almost no parking right outside. lugging my suitcases a long way to reach the hotel was not fun.

The breakfast options were amazing, and the coffee tasted excellent. the restaurant next door offered quick bites. This proved handy after my late check in. i was very glad with the offer.

The hotel provided guitars , which i found unique. a marshall amp was available in my room. It worked great as a bluetooth speaker. the bikes available were also a nice touch.

The location proved suitable for my purposes.
The lack of a minibar and the absence of a smart television were disappointing. The blinds in the room did not adequately block light. Hallway noise disturbed my sleep.

the location is central. it's a plus.
i found some issues . the room felt too basic as there was no fridge to keep water cold. i had to go down several floors anytime i wanted a drink. also housekeeping was not great as an empty coffee cup stayed outside my door for two days despite staff passing it multiple times.

the room allocated to me was acceptable. it was on the 11th floor.
i found several issues . there was no phone in the room. i had no way to contact reception directly. there was also no minibar or kettle available. getting a simple drink required a trip down 11 floors.
