I found the apartment very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, which I appreciated after long days. Staff were friendly and helpful .
I noticed the kitchen bin did not close properly. This minor issue was inconvenient.

the location was acceptable as it was central to everything.
i booked a premium beautiful apartment but it was freezing cold and the little heaters took hours to heat one room. they kept turning themselves down, so i had to keep checking them. this completely ruined the last day of my trip.

the location was fine.
Check-in was a mess. The instructions provided were unclear. i had to send multiple emails just to figure out how to get into the building (they did respond quickly, to be fair). the back of the shower leaked near the taps, forcing me to use a towel to soak up the water.
