Comfortable Apartment Near the City Center
clean apartment convenient location lavazza coffee fluffy towel
The apartment was very clean upon arrival. I found the location convenient, close to main attractions. The provided Lavazza coffee for the french press was a nice touch. Large fluffy towels were available in the bathroom, a great addition.
The mattress on the main bed was not comfortable. I could hear the springs when I sat on it.

location was alright , the stay , not so much.
sticky surfaces dark apartment
My stay wasn't particularly great , i must say. the cleanliness definitely needed improvement . Things felt sticky , and there was a noticeable layer of dust throughout the apartment. also , some of the light bulbs were out , it, which wasn't ideal.

central location smart tv cheap mattress no spare pillows
the location is really central. the smart tv with netflix access kept us entertained.
we only got one pillow per person, and no spares were provided. this made things quite uncomfortable. the mattress on the main bed felt awful. it was a cheap mattress and you could hear the spring twang.

I found the apartment very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, which I appreciated after long days. Staff were friendly and helpful .
I noticed the kitchen bin did not close properly. This minor issue was inconvenient.

little heaters freezing apartment
the location was acceptable as it was central to everything.
i booked a premium beautiful apartment but it was freezing cold and the little heaters took hours to heat one room. they kept turning themselves down, so i had to keep checking them. this completely ruined the last day of my trip.

unclear instructions shower leak
the location was fine.
Check-in was a mess. The instructions provided were unclear. i had to send multiple emails just to figure out how to get into the building (they did respond quickly, to be fair). the back of the shower leaked near the taps, forcing me to use a towel to soak up the water.
