excellent stay, friendly staff!

polite staffroom servicecomfortable bedgym facilities
the staff were amazing and polite. i especially appreciated the concierge upon my arrival and the room service lady. the front desk staff were also helpful and wanted to assist me. the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the room was nice. the gym has very good facilities!!!

this hotel's location is excellent. you are opposite the tram to glenelg. the markets and chinatown are around the corner, and the shopping precinct is just a 10-minute walk away.

the service was first class. the staff in the restaurant were attentive and knowledgeable. jai was particularly helpful. the hotel is very well located to many services.
