faulty air conditioning loud music
Breakfast was included and it had a lot of choices.
The air conditioning did not work properly so the room became uncomfortably stuffy during the night I wanted to have dinner at the bar however the music was excessively loud. I found an alternative place for dinner down the road

the hotel provided a generous breakfast buffet , i noticed it included a wide variety of options. the room was clean , it also had a well-stocked mini bar. parking was available , i found it very convenient.
the gym was quite small.

adequate stay, some issues though
inaccurate description unequal treatment
The dining room wasn't accurate with its food descriptions. I found that annoying. also, it seemed like they treated guests differently if they didn't book directly. the agency i used couldn't even record our names correctly. all they cared about was getting the credit card number.. and this review system doesn't let me say i was only traveling with my partner, weird.

a grand coastal stay
modern bathroom comfortable bed blackout curtains
The hotel sits right on the beach. many restaurants were nearby. Very convenient. the staff was friendly and polite. my room was large. it had a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. i liked the blackout curtains.
the shower head quality was poor. it needs an update. breakfast had a coffee surcharge. the buffet food looked dry. some bacon seemed rubbery.

the hotel is right on the beach. i saw nice views and sunsets. good places for meals and drinks are just outside the door. this makes the area quite attractive for a coastal vacation.

The hotel pool is large. it seemed adequate. staff remembered who we were. they tried to help with requests. i thought the beds were perfect. I slept well despite back issues.

saggy beds faulty hairdryer
the beds were definitely a problem. they were saggy, causing us to roll into each other all night. this made it impossible to get comfortable or a good night's sleep. the hairdryer also blew up in my face seconds after i turned it on!!!

beach location comfortable beds helpful staff
the location is right on the beach with multiple restaurants and cafes nearby. the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially with directions).
the gym equipment felt slightly outdated.
