timeshare pressure second-rate room
The timeshare sales people were AWFUL. they blocked pathways through the lobby. it was relentless. Also the room I got as a non-timeshare owner felt second-rate. It needed Maintenance. The pool being drained was REALLY inconvenient, ESPECIALLY given other hotels had open pools.

the location is amazing. i walked right into the miracle mile shops. it was super convenient. the kitchenette had everything i needed. there was a fridge, microwave, silverware and dishes. the pool was nice. there were plenty of lounge chairs available.
The check-in process was a bit slow. i waited in a long line. housekeeping did not clean the room one day. they left towels at the door instead of putting them away. It was inconvenient. there was a daily parking charge.

i stayed in a spacious suite, it had two sinks. the rainfall shower worked well. the gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes.
the elevators were a little slow at peak times.

Spacious Suite with Amazing Views!

The one-bedroom suite had a full kitchen! a large living room. and a separate bedroom with a large bathroom, the power blinds opened to an amazing Sphere view and mountains. It seemed like a very nice apartment. The living room blinds double as a movie screen. The projector in the ceiling was also very useful.
I did not like that they entered our room to do some cleaning without our permission! and a clear sign of do not disturb on the door.

The staff were friendly and professional. I found them very helpful. The cabana host was polite and available. Check-in went smoothly and efficiently. All these factors contributed to a great experience.

The kitchen was well-kept, it allowed us to manage our meal requirements. We also found many shops and restaurants inside the mall. There were a lot of options to choose from, based on our preferences.

The suite was spacious with an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower. I could see the Sphere and other landmarks. The room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the pull-out sofa was too.
