A blissful retreat

The breakfast included a diverse menu that changed daily, a true testament to the hotel's dedication to providing variety. The ladies at breakfast greeted guests warmly EACH day, it was like we were family. The front desk staff, especially Leo, were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
The rooftop bar looked underutilized.

The hotel staff were consistently personable, friendly, AND professional . Housekeeping was very thorough, ensuring rooms were always clean. Staff were helpful and attentive, answering all questions.

the hotel location was close to the night market and the beach was within walking distance. Several restaurants and 7-eleven stores were nearby, offering convenient options. Blueport Villa Market was easily accessible via transportation.

The cleaning staff provided very good service. The service waiter was very friendly (I really appreciated that!). The rooms were very clean. The hotel is located near many activities.
The balcony did not have the best view.
