loud ventilationuncomfortable bed
The main issue was the noise. i could constantly hear noise from the adjacent hotel's kitchen. loud ventilation and cooking smells were always present. the bed was also not comfortable. it felt very hard and the bedding wasn't pleasant at all. Definitely the worst bed i've experienced in hotels.

the location are spot on because our bungalow was near the beach. breakfast buffet was only two minutes away from the room. the staff was very good especially the Liverpool fan. he remembered me from last december. tong at the front desk was helpful and greeted me.

the landscaping around the rooms impressed me. my room was very nice and neat. i found it interesting to read about the resort's history (a nice touch!). the location suited me well, it was near restaurants and shops. the private beach access was especially useful.
the sunlight made it difficult to sleep past 7 am because my curtains were quite thin.

i really enjoyed the beachfront access (it made mornings special). the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food. the staff were also very friendly and always happy to assist.
the air conditioning was quite loud and needs maintenance. the shower drain wasn't working very well. the toilet flush was also pretty weak.

The gardens were gorgeous. i loved walking through them to get to the beach. fresh towels were available every day, really convenient! the outdoor balcony was spacious. I enjoyed having breakfast there. water was provided daily, and that was such a thoughtful touch.

my room was large. it had a good safe and plenty of cupboard room. beach towels and a bag to carry them was a nice touch.
there were bugs crawling out of the sinks and bathtub. it smelled like garbage all around the area. i could not sit outside because of this.
