My stay included a complimentary early check-in. The receptionist, ugur, was very accommodating. i received a nice sea-view room. the guest relations team offered me a complimentary starbucks drink. halil assisted me with purchasing a ticket. i found the service to be very helpful and friendly.

i thought the location might be a little noisy, with planes flying overhead often, it was somewhat bothersome, but didn't completely ruin my experience

The swimming pool was a great feature. i enjoyed the chance to relax there after work. I think future guests will appreciate this benefit as well. the pool area had comfortable loungers and sufficient shade.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, and i extended my stay by two days. the pool was heavenly and refreshing. i found the breakfast beyond compare, and the rooms were great. the staff was helpful indeed. I appreciated that.

the room was a little too small. after a bath, the bathroom floor had some water. there was a broken door.

the hotel is a short walk to the beach. MOST rooms offer a view of the beach. the staff including reception, housekeeping and restaurant workers were all friendly and helpful. MS azza hallaq, the guest relations manager, put in extra effort to ensure i had an enjoyable experience and went far beyond the requirements of her role.

the pool area can get crowded, especially DURING peak season. it would be nice if there was more space for everyone.

the room was spacious i had a standard twin room city view the cleanliness was perfect. i liked the provided amenities they were comprehensive and useful. the staff members were consistently friendly i found them helpful.

the minibar made a loud noise sometimes it was slightly disruptive.
