Great Team Makes the Difference

The hotel breakfast had many options, so leaving hungry isn't possible. Staff are friendly and helpful, I send a big thank you for their hard work. Parking available beside the hotel cost £5 per day, I thought was reasonable. I must praise the man serving food in the morning, he made the brunch an absolute pleasure.
I did not get my selected double bed. The hotel offered one if I paid more money to upgrade. It seemed a double bed was available if I spent more cash.

the location is central. the staff was friendly. breakfast offered a good variety, i especially liked the fresh fruit. the room was clean and had a large, hot shower with good pressure.
the underground car park was very tight, i found it awkward to navigate. the toilet placement in the bathroom was also tight. the toilet roll holder rubbed against my shoulder, it felt awkward.

The staff were friendly. My room was clean and well-kept. The bed was super comfy and I slept well. The shower had good pressure and was always hot.
