attentive staff clean public areas ample car parking unfriendly lady poor attitude lack directions
the staff members were very attentive. all public spaces, including the room, were kept very clean. ample car parking was available and well lit, i noticed. breakfast had lovely options, and the room were clean to.
the blond lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. she didnt, to be honest. i asked her for directions to turf moor. her attitude really made me mad.

noisy ac towel holes
The breakfast was good. I appreciated the many options available at the buffet.
My room had some issues. The AC made strange noises all night, so I did not sleep well. I think there was some dirt in my shower, and my towels had holes.

blocked drain dirty water
this time, i had a problem with the shower. The drain was blocked. i had to get my husband to go to reception for a plunger! surely housekeeping should have noticed the ankle-deep dirty water. i was really not happy this time.

friendly staff well-equipped room plentiful breakfast loud ac early morning noise poor soundproofing
the staff offered a friendly welcome. my room was clean and well-equipped. i found the breakfast to be well-cooked and plentiful.
the air conditioning unit was quite loud, causing some disturbance during the night. i also noticed some noise from other guests early in the morning.

an okay stay, i suppose
road noise bathroom cleanliness
the breakfast did have a decent selection of hot items to choose from.
The room was smaller than i expected and quite stuffy, even with the window open. i also found the noise from the nearby road quite disruptive. I could hear traffic throughout the night. the bathroom was not as clean as i would have liked. There were some hairs in the shower when i arrived. i don't think i will stay again.

Check-in was smooth. My room on the third floor faced the car park. The room's cleanliness was very good and matched my expectations. The shower had good water pressure. I appreciated the lift access to my floor as well
I wanted to wash some clothes. The hotel doesn't have guest laundry. They outsource all laundry needs to an external service. I needed to go to a laundrette.
