EXCELLENT stay!
rainy weather breakfast option coffee selection salad addition
The staff was prepared and offered umbrellas during rainy weather. Breakfast included many options and seemed complete. I found yogurt, three kinds of fruit, and many beverages. The food tasted ok, and I liked the coffee and Dilmah tea selections. The salad was a good addition, TOO.
I did notice the hotel does not provide bottled water. Guests must use tap water with a filter providing only small amounts at a time. There were no soft drinks or snacks available in the mini-bar area, unfortunately.

The hotel's proximity to nearby shops and transportation options was convenient. Everything around the hotel felt accessible, including various amenities and services. This made exploring and accessing different points of interest EASY.

The front desk staff offered a warm welcome and escort. The team accommodated several requests with hospitality. They held ordered food at reception and allowed a room change for better light. They are SUPER

The rooms are clean and receive constant servicing. This was a plus. Breakfast features many choices, and the restaurant is on the same floor as the lobby. It is a VERY no-frills type of hotel.

smooth checkin process room view clean rooms thin pillow cigarette smell deodorant use
the checkin process was smooth. i requested a room with a view, and i was given one. the rooms were very clean and had continuous access to hot water.
the pillow was not good! it was too thin even when i used three pillows. i booked a two-night stay. the second day, i returned to the room in the afternoon, but there was a cigarette smell. we called room service, they sprayed deodorant, but the smell was still there at night.

professional receptionist amazing staff kind housekeeping nice selection
The receptionist was genuinely professional and cute! The staff was amazing. Housekeeping was also very kind. Breakfast offered a nice selection! I enjoyed my time at the swimming pool. It was a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of foods for everyone. The food was AMAZING!!! I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and juices. They were really delicious! I found something new to try each morning.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee machines in the rooms, a really nice touch. I found the beds comfortable. The hotel had a pool. It was a nice amenity after a long day of exploring the city.

my room had daily cleaning. the lobby smelled very nice. i think the water filter was excellent, except the hot water did not work. staff was very helpful and friendly .
The room sound insulation was poor. I could hear doors closing and furniture moving in adjacent rooms.

the bus stop is situated conveniently near the hotel. it is nearly right outside the hotel. this allows easy access to various parts of the area.
