the location is great it is right next to the mrt station. boat quay is an easy walk for food and drinks. the room had a great shower it was super clean and cozy.

check-in was slow i had to populate details on an ipad. the hotel already had my details i am unsure what this was about. my room key stopped working every day i had to line up at the understaffed reception to get it fixed.

The hotel's location was ideal, especially for accessing the business district. Several restaurants were nearby. The rooftop garden on level 51 offered fine views (a real highlight of my stay). I found the availability of laundry facilities very convenient. The MRT station was also within a short walking distance.

The room size was a bit smaller than I anticipated from the photos. Space for luggage was somewhat limited.

Really good City Stay

The staff was efficient and kind I really appreciated their proactive service. I found the hotel easily accessible from Exit K at Raffles Place it was directly in front of me. Orchard road is less than a 10 minute walk. I found a grocery store a very short walk through Collyer Quay Centre.

The room I had faced an office building so I needed to keep the curtains closed during the day for privacy.

The staff demonstrated keen attention to detail they were eager to deliver a perfect stay. I found the team to be very helpful and accommodating to all my requests. I enjoyed interacting with them daily.

The building features a green oasis on Level 17 and a rooftop garden on Level 51. I could store my luggage for free after checkout. I also enjoyed the use of facilities including the pool and shower.

The room provided plenty of storage space I really appreciated this feature. The walk-in shower had unusually good water pressure it made showering good. The room also included a perfectly equipped kitchenette.
