faulty remotecigarette smell

the room lacked attention to detail i found several issues the tv remote did not function properly i had difficulty changing channels it made for a less enjoyable evening there was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell outside my window this was unpleasant i informed the front desk but the issue persisted throughout my stay these problems detracted from the overall quality of my stay

The staff was very friendly. My room was nice and neat, everything i needed was available. Value for money was excellent (the rate was fair).

My bed was a little too firm. Next time, i will request a different mattress. i only realised later that it was an option.
