The bathroom showed considerable age and lacked proper maintenance. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust. The overall appearance suggested a need for refurbishment.

My room was very clean. The staff were helpful from check-in to checkout. Breakfast was good with a great variety of options. Free parking was available. The parking area felt secure. Helen or Ellen checked me in, and bar and restaurant staff were all spot on.

The double room was an excellent size and super clean. The room included a good tv with a good signal. There was also a hairdryer with a long cord. Blackout curtains were installed, a great benefit for light-sensitive sleepers.

The staff were really good. I felt welcome. the room was clean and had tea and coffee, i appreciated that. the checkout time was 11am, that allowed a relaxed morning.
