The location was excellent. It was just steps from the Royal Mile. The team treated me like royalty, they could not do enough. I found a Grab and Go bag for breakfast very convenient on the days I had early tours. Breakfast on other days was full of variety, the breakfast staff was helpful.

The lighting in the room was too dim for my liking. I also noticed a shortage of non-USB plugs.

the staff were very helpful at reception. the room felt warm and quite comfortable. i found the breakfast selection good, it included both continental and cooked options.

our room had a connecting door to the adjacent room. there was very little sound insulation as a result and we could hear everything, that was quite disturbing.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. i asked where to get coffee, a staff member kinda made my husband and me a nice cup. the location is convenient, within walking distance to many places. check-in was easy (i really appreciated this after a long day).

the room lacked a mini fridge (i wanted to keep some drinks cool).

I found the staff very friendly. The hotel has a great location. It is just one street from the Royal Mile. The breakfast had a good selection of continental items. It included both cooked and continental food.

The internal sound insulation was a problem. I had very noisy neighbors. They kept me from sleeping. The lights in the room were inadequate, more is needed.
