Excellent stay near the quayside

The staff offered excellent service, and their approach. I slept well in my clean room and felt secure. The food and drink prices seemed reasonable for a city hotel. The menu included tasty options and the location is convenient, with easy access to attractions.
I noticed some slight wear in the bathroom, but it did not significantly affect my stay.

Really good Stay on the Quayside

The breakfast selection offered a great choice. The gluten-free area with its own bread and toaster was a refreshing change. I found the staff excellent. They were attentive and helpful, even during busy periods. My room had crisp bedding, ensuring a restful night.
The hotel car park was small, requiring me to use the Baltic car park. It cost an additional £30 for a 13-hour stay.

the hotel is in a lovely location, very close to bars and restaurants. The room offered plenty of tea and coffee, a wonderful touch. Parking was available for £8.50 for 24 hours allowing convenient access to the newcastle centre. The breakfast had plenty of options i really enjoyed.
