the staff was amazing and very helpful! parking was convenient. i had a quiet room on the first floor. a park view was a nice bonus.

the bus stop nearby made getting into town easy, but the bus schedule was infrequent, making planning a bit tricky.

the staff were friendly. it was also pet friendly. the location is great as i'm visiting family and it's near a good travel route.

the room cleaning service isn't what it used to be. replenishing tea and coffee is seemingly non existent they didn't even replace our dirty cups. the bar area is garishly bright and not a nice area for a quiet drink at the end of the day.

The staff provided really good service, especially during breakfast. My Executive Room was totally super clean. The reception and lounge areas were modern (very bright!), and cute.

The shower gel was not replenished, so I had to buy my own.
