i found the location excellent for accessing attractions near the falls. the hotel provided free parking, a definite plus. my room was nicely updated and very clean. the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the vending machine only accepted canadian cash, slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is close to the falls (i could almost feel the mist). The parking lot had ample space and was free. The rooms were recently updated. I liked the vinyl tile flooring because it felt clean. Staff members were always polite and helpful.
The walk back up the hill from the falls was a bit difficult. I felt a little out of breath.

The hotel has a restaurant where the wait staff accommodated traveling families well and worked as a team, ensuring all needs were met efficiently. The anchor bar is close.

The front desk team was very friendly and helpful (especially with directions!). Housekeeping checked with me in the hallway, asking if i needed anything while i was out for the day. The check-in was efficient and professional.
