Piin and hanna were so helpful. They upgraded my room cause roadworks were happening. the room was a good size with everything you need, even for a long stay. the location near boat avenue is perfect. Its just a two minute walk.
The customer service wasnt great at the front desk. I asked for an adapter, and they didnt send it. when i checked with them, they wasnt friendly afterward.

I loved the rooftop pool. It was huge! the free bicycle rentals were a super fun way to explore in the afternoon. the staff at the restaurant were always so kind. the vanilla ice cream was amazing!!!
the water pressure in the shower was a little low, so it was hard to rinse properly.

the room felt spacious and included an entire apartment setup, really convenient. the smart tv was a great addition, and i enjoyed having a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing snacks and drinks. ample storage space ensured that i could keep my belongings organized throughout my stay.

it's a short walk to a 7-eleven and some dining options like burger king, a definite plus for quick errands. i found it easy to get to boat avenue with its various shops and cafes. bang tao beach is just a quick taxi ride away, very convenient!

The rooftop pool is 35m long, amazing. Everything felt new and very clean. The rooms are spacious.. I also liked the location. Boat Avenue is in front of the hotel. The Friday night market nearby is excellent.

this place surprised me. they had a free fitness class available upon arrival. i saw the newly opened pickleball court there. the service felt amazing and the location is good to.
i noticed the rooftop bar had loud music very late due weekly social events. the thumping came through the floor.
