adequate , but with issues

the staff was helpful , i guess.
the room's cleanliness left much to be desired , i found hairs in the bathroom and the balcony had cigarette butts , remnants from previous guests , which was rather unpleasant.

The hotel is near both the main train and bus stations. It is also within walking distance of the city centre. The area is quiet, which i found conducive to rest after travelling. i was able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out.
The lighting in the room was limited to wall lamps, somewhat dim at night.

The hotel has good proximity to metro stations. The breakfast was good with a good variety of choices. I appreciated the availability of information from the knowledgeable receptionist.
