unsafe areanoisy trams

the location was good however the area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe it was not completely run down but it still was great. also our room was too hot i tried to adjust the thermostat but it did not seem to have any effect. i had to sleep with the window open but trams ran all night and were quite noisy. this made it difficult to get a good nights sleep

I found the beautiful double or twin room clean and cute. the daily cleaning service was thorough and the fresh towels were much appreciated. the breakfast spread was very good and the staff always greeted me with a smile. I started my day with positive interactions. the hotel's proximity to local attractions was really nice, i walked almost everywhere.

I noticed the toiletries provided were quite basic. A small upgrade in quality would have.

the breakfast had a great choice it had options for everyone

the staff was not friendly some did not even respond to greetings the parking situation was also inconvenient it required staff assistance to use the parking lift and they kept car keys to move vehicles around. there was a lack of service overall

the bedroom was large. it included a comfortable bed. the hotel offered a good breakfast, it was pleasant. the staff are helpful i think.

i found a problem. only one key was available for each room i learned. getting another one isnt possible it seem. i find this problematic if two people want different activities.
