Acceptable stay with issues

the location was convenient to the train station.
the central heating did not work. i received a portable space heater, it was not sufficient. the room was cold and uncomfortable

The staff were helpful regarding luggage storage before check-in.
I found the hard bed very uncomfortable. I only got one pillow which was not enough, and the trams outside made a lot of noise. It was difficult to fall asleep because of it.

adequate, but some issues need addressing
tram noiseinsufficient heating
The noise from the trams was really disruptive. It reminded me of they were right outside the window, so it was difficult to fall asleep. also, the room wasn't warm enough. i had to keep the radiator on all night, even though it wasn't very effective. i was pretty disappointed with these issues.
