staff members were very polite! the laundry room on site made ironing easy. the metro station was a short walk from the hotel, about ten minutes. i found the staff helpful and smiling, very eager to help.
The administrator gave us information about breakfast times at check-in. it was not clear that weekend times differed from weekday times!

The hotel is a short walk from the moosfeld station, taking about 10 minutes. getting downtown is easy, with direct access to sendlinger tor via the u2 line. the area has many trees and pretty houses. It seems very safe.

the parking situation was less than ideal. even after payment, a spot was not guaranteed as it operates on a first come, first served basis. also, drinking water was only provided once during my multiple-night stay which seemed stingy.

the receptionist jasmine from vietnam was helpful. she showed enthusiasm as she assisted me with directions to local restaurants. management addressed an issue i had swiftly and seriously. the staff mostly came from different countries, and they were kind and professional.
i found the lack of free parking frustrating, a charge of 10 euros per night was unexpected. this was not ideal.

the hotel is near a u2 metro stop that offers access to the city center. it also runs eastward to the messe center. trudering s-bahn station is within walking distance. this provides an alternative if you do not want to transfer to the u-bahn line.

there was no aircon or offer of a fan with the temperatures i was never informed of the breakfast options upon check in each day rubbish and dirty cups weren't cleared from my room i had to take them down to reception myself
