The mountain view was amazing from my room. the coffee shop in the lobby had fresh bakery and coffee available every day. That was a nice touch. i enjoyed access to an onsite sauna and hot tubs after a long day.
the temperature in the entire building seemed warm for me. the ac option in my room was not working well. it only blew additional heat.

the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. the hotel provided a convenient bus pass. it allowed me to easily reach local attractions without worrying about parking. the mountain view from my room was amazing, a great way to start each day.
the heating system in the room was quite noisy, it made it hard to sleep soundly. i mentioned it to the reception. i wish they had been able to resolve the issue .

some issues with the stay

the free bus passes to get around town were acceptable and the bus stop was conveniently right across the street from the lodging.
the air conditioning was very loud, even on its lowest setting (i don't understand why nobody fixed it before). i couldn't sleep due to the noise. the receptionist admitted this was a known problem, but nothing was done about it.

the mountain view superior room was fine! it was very clean and lovely. the staff were friendly and helpful, i found them quite accommodating.
the room was good. though the air conditioning system was very loud even on its lowest setting, it impacted sleep quality.
