the gold lounge was so good with its diverse snacks, pre-dining canapés, and breakfast selections. the staff at the gold lounge exemplified professionalism, embodying luxury service. i found the attention to detail from decor to customer service to be great. check-in took less than 5 mins, which i considered really good.
i noticed slight constraint in the area between the toilet and shower.

The hotel provided a pastry and coffee shop, awesome for a quick start to the day. I appreciated the easy access to trails around the area. It was also great to receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and dessert in my room (a very kind gesture!).
