The lack of staff was very annoying. The restaurant was closed because there was no chef available (seriously!). One morning, there wasn't any breakfast at all.

The hotel room had everything I needed for my short break. My two-bedroom apartment was spacious, offering plenty of room. The hotel gardens were well kept. The pool looked inviting, although I did not get chance to use it as it was not the right season.
I found that the bar was not always open. It closed in the afternoon and didn't reopen until the evening. It was a bit inconvenient when I wanted a drink during the day.

the check-in process was simple and efficient. the pool area was lovely. our room included a fridge and decent sized wine glasses (which i always appreciate).
The tv in my room didn't function properly. only local channels were available. the small terrace was not sufficiently cleaned. i stayed four nights, and only towels were replaced. Nothing else was done in the room.

the room was a good size and very comfortable with a big terrace. i enjoyed the view into the pool and the hills from there. breakfast was a good range of continental food (especially the fresh pastries). staff would cook eggs and bacon on request.
the tv in the room didn't work, showing only local channels. also, the terrace wasn't cleaned at all . i wish there was more attention to these details.
